KidLock is a parent-managed kids mode launcher for Android. The app helps parents choose approved apps, set a play timer, and protect parent mode with a PIN.

This Privacy Policy explains how KidLock handles information.

1. Data collection

KidLock does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

KidLock does not require:

• user accounts
• email addresses
• phone numbers
• names
• location data
• payment information
• advertising identifiers
• analytics tracking

KidLock is designed to work locally on the device.

2. Information stored on the device

KidLock may store the following information locally on your device:

• parent PIN
• selected approved apps
• timer settings
• kid mode preferences
• app configuration settings

This information stays on the device and is not sent to Frostpine or any third party.

3. Installed apps

KidLock may access the list of installed apps on the device so that parents can choose which apps are allowed in kid mode.

This information is used only locally inside the app. KidLock does not upload, sell, share, or analyze the installed app list.

4. Children’s privacy

KidLock is designed as a parent-managed tool for family use.

KidLock does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not include social features, user-generated content, public profiles, chat, advertising, or in-app purchases.

Parents are responsible for choosing which apps are available to the child in kid mode.

5. Ads and in-app purchases

KidLock does not show ads.

KidLock does not currently include in-app purchases or subscriptions.

6. Third-party services

KidLock does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or cloud services that collect user data.

If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety section will be updated.

7. Data sharing

KidLock does not share user data with third parties.

8. Data security

KidLock stores app settings locally on the device. Because KidLock does not collect or transmit personal data, Frostpine does not store user data on external servers.

Parents should still protect access to their device and choose a PIN that is not easy for children to guess.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Frostpine may update this Privacy Policy when KidLock changes or when legal, platform, or policy requirements change.
